AIESEC in Kazakhstan has contributed actively to its mission for over 30 years. Represented in two key cities — Almaty and Astana — our organization provides a platform for young people like yourself to explore and develop leadership skills while positively impacting society. Operating in over 109 countries, we offer diverse opportunities for cross-cultural experiences, professional development, and the chance to become part of a global network of change-makers.

Recruitment process

There are five stages in the recruitment process:

   Showcase your problem-solving skills and teamwork through engaging business games.

   HR Interview

   Designed to understand your personal and professional aspirations.

   Department Interviews

   Helps us match your skills and passions with the right opportunities within AIESEC.

5. 5

   Internal Conference

   The final stage — meet AIESEC members and gain insights into our culture and values.
